ADM Endeavors' Just Right Products Selected for Two New City Uniform Contracts, Including One for a City of More Than 1 Million Residents

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel and uniforms, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Just Right Products, Inc., has been selected for two new city uniform contracts. One contract is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, while the other is with a city whose population exceeds 1 million, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates. This larger contract would be the most significant municipal opportunity in the Company's history. Both contracts are pending approval by the respective city councils.

The Company believes its selection reflects its track record with 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties, as well as the capacity of its 100,000-square-foot Fort Worth production facility and years of persistent engagement with the account.

Cities with populations exceeding 1 million employ thousands of uniformed and field personnel across public works, water utilities, parks, code compliance, transportation, and other departments. Their apparel needs recur annually, making such contracts potentially lucrative and long-term. Once approved, this contract would elevate ADM Endeavors to serve its largest municipality to date.

The second contract, with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, fits the profile of the Company's existing municipal customers. Together, these awards would bring ADMQ's roster to 19 Texas cities. The Company anticipates that both contracts will be multi-year agreements under which city departments place orders as needed, so revenue will depend on the volume of orders over the contract's life.

The announcement follows recent momentum for the Company. On September 3, ADM Endeavors reported that eight city fire departments had placed orders with Just Right Products after its first appearance as a vendor at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference. In August, the Company announced a return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924 and net income of $62,061, compared to a net loss in the prior-year period. This financial improvement was achieved without dilution to shareholders.

Johnson emphasized the strategic importance of the larger contract, stating, "An account of this size is the reason we invested in our Fort Worth facility.
