Atlanta Golf & Social Expands to Lee + White Development, Bringing Indoor Golf Experience to West End

Atlanta Golf & Social is slated to open its second location at the Lee + White development in Atlanta's West End, bringing a unique blend of indoor golf and social experiences to the area. The company has leased 3,767 square feet of space fronting the Atlanta Westside BeltLine, with plans to open in December 2024.

The new venue will feature indoor golf simulators and lessons in a casual sports bar environment, adding to the diverse array of offerings at Lee + White's food hall. This expansion represents one of the final additions to the food hall, leaving only one 3,990-square-foot space available for lease.

Jeremy Williams, co-owner of Atlanta Golf & Social, expressed enthusiasm about the new location, stating, "Lee + White's mixed-use development is a gathering place for the West End community, and that makes it a great fit for us. We're excited to continue building that community through the game of golf." Williams emphasized the venue's role in providing visitors an opportunity to improve their golf game or simply relax and enjoy their time at Lee + White.

The lease was facilitated by Ackerman Retail, with President Leo Wiener and Senior Vice President Kelly Wilson representing the owners, Ackerman & Co. and MDH Partners. Kelly Wilson noted that the addition of this experiential sports concept is "a big win for Lee + White and the West End," highlighting its unique offering within the food hall.

Atlanta Golf & Social's expansion to Lee + White reflects the growing trend of experiential sports venues in urban developments. The concept combines high-quality golf experiences using Trackman simulator technology with a modern, neighborhood-focused approach. By day, the venue serves as a quiet space for golfers to practice or take lessons, while transforming into a lively gathering spot for groups and parties in the evening.

The Lee + White development, a 442,562-square-foot adaptive reuse project in Atlanta's West End, has been steadily evolving into a destination for food, drink, and entertainment. The food hall currently houses 16 eateries and the Strangers in Paradise central bar, featuring a mix of local and regional concepts. The addition of Atlanta Golf & Social further diversifies the offerings, potentially attracting a new demographic to the area.

This expansion comes at a time when Lee + White is also seeing growth in its business sector. Recently, JTEC Energy Inc., a renewable energy company, expanded its lease to occupy 28,575 square feet in Building 1050, underscoring the development's appeal to both entertainment and business ventures.
