AZCREW Honors Jackie Orcutt as 2025 Woman ICON for Leadership in Commercial Real Estate

Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW) has named Jackie Orcutt, an Executive Vice President at CBRE with 18 years of industry experience, as its 2025 Woman ICON honoree. The ICON award, established in 2024, recognizes trailblazing women in commercial real estate who demonstrate exceptional leadership and innovation, paving the way for future generations. Orcutt will receive the award at AZCREW's annual Woman ICON event on September 16, 2025, at the Phoenix Art Museum, which will also feature keynote speaker Amelia Rose Earhart and the announcement of the inaugural Rising ICON Scholarship recipient.

The Rising ICON Scholarship, founded by AZCREW and 2024 honoree Beth Jo Zeitzer of R.O.I. Properties, provides $5,000 to individuals seeking to build or transition into a career in commercial real estate brokerage. Open to recent graduates and professionals pursuing a career change, the scholarship covers expenses such as licenses, prep courses, exams, and other professional development costs. AZCREW President Lynette Dreitz emphasized that an ICON leaves a lasting impact through leadership and vision, noting that Orcutt exemplifies this through her trailblazing career and dedication to empowering women in the industry.

As Executive Vice President in CBRE's Industrial & Logistics group, Orcutt has completed over 82 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $2.1 billion in the past decade, representing institutional landlords, investors, and tenants. Her achievements have earned her top producer status at CBRE and recognitions including AZ Business Magazine's Top 20 Most Influential Women in Arizona and AZRE Magazine's 40 Under 40. Beyond her professional role, Orcutt is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), serves on the Board of Directors for Positive Paths, and volunteers with PANDA, an organization funding medical research for children.

Within AZCREW, Orcutt has held multiple leadership roles, including committee chair positions, six years on the Board of Directors, chapter president in 2017, and a director on CREW's Global Board of Directors in 2019 and 2020. She is also a graduate of the CREW Network Leadership Certificate Program. Reflecting on the honor, Orcutt stated that her involvement with CREW has been profoundly meaningful, providing a community of trailblazers who have challenged and supported her growth. She views the ICON recognition as a celebration of collective accomplishments and a reinforcement of the belief that women championing each other creates lasting change.

The 2025 Woman ICON event will feature Amelia Rose Earhart, a pilot, author, and former television news anchor who recreated her namesake's flight around the world in a single-engine aircraft. Earhart founded the Fly with Amelia Foundation to foster the next generation of women in aviation and is a sought-after speaker on leadership and teamwork. Her book, Learn to Love the Turbulence, offers insights on navigating life's challenges. Tickets for the event are available at $175 for AZCREW members and $200 for non-members, including networking, appetizers, and cocktails starting at 4:00 p.m., with the program beginning at 5:00 p.m.
