BayCare Health System Ranks No. 17 on 2025 PEOPLE Companies That Care List

BayCare Health System has been honored as one of the 2025 PEOPLE® Companies that Care, ranking No. 17 nationally and achieving the distinction of being the top-ranked healthcare system in the country as well as the highest-ranked Florida-based company. This marks the fifth time BayCare has been named to this prestigious list, which recognizes organizations that prioritize their people and communities. The selection process is based on comprehensive survey responses that reflect the workplace experience, with honorees chosen for their ability to care for employees, families, and the communities they serve.

BayCare President and CEO Stephanie Conners emphasized the significance of this achievement, stating that the system's 33,000-plus team members are its greatest asset, delivering compassionate care within hospital walls and throughout West Central Florida to improve community health.
