Atlanta-based men's grooming brand Bevel has awarded a $25,000 business grant to Double Dutch Aerobics, a marketplace vendor at the 4th annual Invest Fest. This grant underscores Bevel's commitment to supporting entrepreneurship and community empowerment, particularly within the Black and brown communities.

Invest Fest, a unique event combining investing, entrepreneurship, pop culture, and entertainment, provides a platform for financial education and networking. The festival, which attracted over 50,000 attendees, is part of the Earn Your Leisure Network, known for its popular Market Mondays Podcast and extensive social media following.

Bevel CEO Damon Frost announced the grant during an episode of the Market Mondays Podcast. The recipient, Double Dutch Aerobics, founded by Double Dutch World Champion Michelle Clark and Master Instructor Sean Clark, was selected from over 300 conference vendors.

Founded in 2013 by Tristan Walker, Bevel has grown into a leading brand offering premium hair, beard, shave, skin, and body care products tailored to the needs of Black and brown men. The company's partnership with Invest Fest aligns with its mission to serve its customer base beyond product offerings.

Breann Davis, Bevel's Marketing Leader, emphasized the company's dual commitment to providing grooming solutions and impactful community initiatives. "We are grateful to Rashad, Troy and the entire Invest Team for allowing us to partner with amazing companies like Double Dutch Aerobics and elevate the next generation of entrepreneurs who share our commitment to the community," Davis stated.

The grant announcement coincides with Bevel's role as the official grooming partner of Invest Fest. This partnership reflects the brand's ongoing efforts to support financial empowerment and entrepreneurialism within its community.

Invest Fest, held from August 23rd to 25th, 2024, at the Georgia World Conference Centre, featured presentations, panels, and workshops on investing, entrepreneurship, and related topics. The event provided attendees with opportunities to network with industry leaders and pitch business ideas for grants.

Bevel's involvement in Invest Fest and its grant to Double Dutch Aerobics demonstrate the brand's commitment to fostering economic growth and entrepreneurship within the communities it serves. This initiative goes beyond traditional corporate social responsibility, directly supporting businesses that align with Bevel's community-focused values.

As part of the Procter & Gamble family, Bevel continues to expand its reach and impact. The brand's products are available through various retail channels, including www.getbevel.com, Amazon.com, Ulta.com, Target.com, and Walmart.com, as well as in select physical stores.

The $25,000 grant to Double Dutch Aerobics represents a significant investment in local entrepreneurship and highlights the potential for corporate entities to make meaningful contributions to community development and economic empowerment. As Bevel continues to grow, its commitment to supporting initiatives like Invest Fest suggests a model for how businesses can integrate community support into their core operations and values.
