Blue Note Entertainment Group Opens Jazz Club in Hollywood Entertainment Center

Blue Note Entertainment Group has opened its famous jazz club at The Dome Entertainment Center in Hollywood, California, confirming strong demand for entertainment venues and attractions in Los Angeles. The 8,558-square-foot venue at 6372 Sunset Boulevard features an A-room for headliners and a B-room for developing artists, surprise jams and podcasts, operating within the world-famous Cinerama Dome complex.

The new Hollywood location joins Blue Note's global network of jazz clubs that includes venues in New York, Tokyo, Milan, Waikiki, Beijing, Shanghai, Napa, and Rio de Janeiro. The Blue Note brand features major names in Traditional Jazz, Contemporary Jazz, Blues, R&B, Latin Jazz, Big Bands, Cabaret and related music genres within an intimate 250-seat club environment.

JLL's Scott Burns and Liam Bredberg represented the landlord in the lease transaction, while Ira Spilky of Ira Spilky & Associates represented Blue Note Entertainment Group. According to JLL Associate Liam Bredberg, "This lease is an excellent indicator of the strength of Hollywood and its entertainment draw. Blue Note had a choice to open anywhere in the Los Angeles area but they chose this location in Hollywood."

The opening coincides with positive retail market conditions in Los Angeles, as indicated by JLL's Q2 Los Angeles Retail Report showing market health with vacancy currently at 5.8 percent and minimal construction activity.
