Bo’s Beach has officially reopened its doors, bringing a slice of Key West to Fort Lauderdale with a complete revitalization of its space and menu. The beachside restaurant now features a fresh, beachy green color scheme, island-inspired decor, and an all-new stage for live music, setting the stage for a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that mirrors the laid-back charm of the Florida Keys.
Chef Eduardo Guerra has introduced a new menu that celebrates tropical flavors and seafood favorites. Highlights include a variety of appetizers like oysters of the day and conch fritters, wood-fired oven pizzas, and main entrees such as blackened mahi-mahi tacos and lobster mac ‘n‘ cheese.
