The catalog features a range of housing solutions, including accessory dwelling units, single-family homes, townhomes, garden apartments, workforce housing, HUD-compliant homes, ranch-style residences and estate concepts. BOXABL said its Phase 2 Modular Building System is designed to use three standardized building box sizes to create a wide variety of residential configurations, with the goal of improving manufacturing efficiency while expanding housing options and addressing affordability and supply challenges.
