CEO Nick Miccarelli: Operational Excellence Starts With Strong Internal Communication

He encourages organizations to view communication as a shared responsibility, not just a leadership duty. “Good communication is everyone's responsibility,” Miccarelli said. “It means asking questions when something isn't clear, sharing information that helps others do their jobs, and keeping the mission ahead of individual priorities.”
