Christopher B. Stokes, the creative force behind Footage Films, has achieved a historic milestone as the African American male film director with the most movies directed to date. With over 50 films in his portfolio, Stokes has established himself as a trailblazer who has continuously shaped cultural landscapes for more than three decades through his work in both music and film.

Stokes initially built his legacy in the music industry, discovering and developing chart-topping groups before transitioning seamlessly into filmmaking.
