Clearwater Living has secured ENERGY STAR certification for three Arizona senior living properties, demonstrating exceptional energy efficiency that places them among the top-performing buildings nationwide while reducing environmental impact.

Clearwater Living has achieved the Environmental Protection Agency's ENERGY STAR certification for superior energy performance at three of its Arizona senior living communities, marking the second consecutive year these properties have received this distinguished recognition. The certification requires verification by licensed professionals and places these buildings among the top energy-efficient properties in the country. The certified properties include Clearwater Agritopia in Gilbert with a score of 97, Clearwater Ahwatukee in Phoenix also scoring 97, and Clearwater Mayo Blvd in Phoenix earning an 85 rating.
The ENERGY STAR scores indicate that Clearwater Agritopia and Clearwater Ahwatukee are more energy efficient than 97% of comparable properties nationwide, placing them in the top 3% of senior living communities for energy performance. Clearwater Mayo Blvd ranks within the top 15% for energy efficiency among similar buildings. ENERGY STAR-certified buildings must perform in the top 25% nationwide for energy efficiency and meet strict EPA standards based on verified energy performance, accounting for factors such as occupancy and operating hours that impact overall energy consumption.
