Critical Infrastructure Technologies Forms Strategic Partnership with Polish Defense Manufacturer for Nexus 20 Platform Deployment

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) has executed a Letter of Intent with H. Cegielski - Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. This partnership represents a significant development in regional defense capabilities, combining CiTech's advanced technology with HCP's established manufacturing and integration capabilities within the Polish defense sector.

The partnership aims to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank by establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European region. The collaboration will facilitate technology transfer to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support while leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group and CiTech's international partnerships to pursue government and defense contracts. The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defense and critical security operations, making this partnership strategically important for regional security.

The LOI outlines an initial roadmap including a March 2026 visit by Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, to HCP headquarters in Poznań to progress and finalize commercial, technical and logistical arrangements, followed by delivery of the first Nexus 20 prototype unit to HCP's Poznań facility in May 2026 for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations for regional stakeholders. This partnership complements CiTech's establishment of its EU Headquarters in Latvia and positions the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defense capabilities across the region. The strategic importance lies in creating a sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients through the combination of advanced platform technology with established industrial manufacturing capabilities.

This announcement follows the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement between the parties and reflects their shared intent to combine technological expertise with manufacturing capabilities.
