DATAGROUP to Manage Device Lifecycle for Investitionsbank Berlin in Five-Year Deal

DATAGROUP, a leading German IT service provider, has been awarded a five-year contract by Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) to manage its workplace services, focusing on device lifecycle management. The partnership will cover approximately 1,300 end devices, aiming to modernize the bank's digital workplace environment in a secure, sustainable, and user-oriented manner.

Under the agreement, DATAGROUP will oversee the entire lifecycle of end-user devices, from provisioning, configuration, and logistics to operation, support, and secure disposal. This comprehensive approach provides IBB with a single service partner for all workplace provisioning tasks, simplifying management and improving efficiency.

The holistic management of the device fleet is a key advantage, enabling transparent processes that facilitate better investment planning and replacement cycles. This leads to shorter deployment times, reduced administrative overhead, and increased user satisfaction.
