UNFOLD, an award-winning digital creative agency, has significantly expanded its footprint in Culver City through the $11 million acquisition of a 13,110-square-foot office building at 11811 Teale Street. This strategic move, facilitated by JLL, allows UNFOLD to establish a campus environment alongside its adjacent property at 11801 Teale Street, fostering collaboration and innovation among its team of over 150 professionals.

The newly acquired building, a semi-circular Quonset hut style structure, boasts polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and state-of-the-art recording studios, originally part of the Hughes Aircraft Company's manufacturing support facility before its 2018 renovation. Daniel Weisinger, Co-President and Co-Cofounder of UNFOLD, highlighted the acquisition as a pivotal step in the agency's growth trajectory, emphasizing the importance of providing an inspiring workspace that mirrors the company's creative ethos.

Ben Silver, JLL Senior Vice President, who represented UNFOLD in the transaction, noted the increasing demand for distinctive office spaces in well-located areas.
