Duos Edge AI and FiberLight Expand Partnership to Enhance Edge Data Center Deployments

The expansion of the strategic partnership between Duos Edge AI and FiberLight represents a significant advancement in the delivery of low-latency, localized compute infrastructure to underserved and high-growth markets across the United States. This collaboration leverages Duos Edge AI's modular, SOC 2 Type II compliant Edge Data Centers (EDCs) and FiberLight's expansive fiber network to ensure fast and reliable access to next-generation infrastructure.

With approximately 75 route miles of regional infrastructure in Corpus Christi and connections to over 13,000 route miles across Texas, FiberLight's network plays a pivotal role in this partnership. The alliance facilitates the deployment of EDCs in key markets, including San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Houston, McAllen, Laredo, and El Paso, supporting sectors such as education, healthcare, enterprise, and AI-driven applications.

The partnership's effectiveness was recently demonstrated in Corpus Christi, where a rapid deployment of an EDC near FiberLight's existing infrastructure eliminated the need for extensive new construction, resulting in significant cost savings and minimized downtime. This project underscores the value of combining Duos Edge AI's edge data center capabilities with FiberLight's connectivity solutions to deliver innovative infrastructure efficiently.

Looking ahead, Duos Edge AI is on track to contract 15 EDCs by the end of 2025, with deployments planned in Texas, the Midwest, and the Southeastern U.S. This expanded partnership with FiberLight enables joint planning around site selection, connectivity, and turnkey deployment, furthering their mission to bring advanced technology to underserved communities.
