ESGold Corp. Secures Funding for Mine Tailings Cleanup and Reuse Project

ESGold Corp. (CSE: ESAU) (OTCQB: ESAUF) has announced the successful closure of a private placement funding effort, raising $3,649,171 to finance its mine tailings cleanup and reclamation project in Quebec. The funding was oversubscribed by more than 11%, a testament to investor confidence in ESGold's strategy. The company plans to begin mill circuit production later this year, focusing on the cleanup of tailings from the historic Montauban mine site, which spans 13,116 hectares. The project not only aims to remediate the site but also to recover mica for use in a construction material concentrate, showcasing an innovative approach to environmental sustainability and resource reuse.

The project represents a significant step forward in addressing environmental concerns associated with mining activities while creating value from waste materials.
