Fairchild Gold's new satellite-based exploration program aims to uncover underexplored targets at its Golden Arrow project, potentially expanding resources beyond known deposits.

Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSX-V: FAIR; OTCQB: FCHDF; Frankfurt: Y4Y) has engaged TerraEye to conduct a property-wide satellite-based spectral mapping and structural interpretation program at its 100%-owned Golden Arrow Gold-Silver Project in Nye County, Nevada. This initiative is designed to evaluate the entire property for mineralogical and alteration signatures, with a particular focus on underexplored areas beyond the known Gold Coin and Hidden Hill deposits and around historic mine workings.
The program will integrate satellite spectral analysis, image enhancement, structural lineament interpretation, and AI-assisted pattern recognition. TerraEye's results will be combined with Fairchild's existing geological, geochemical, geophysical, and historical datasets to refine exploration targets and identify areas for field follow-up. This approach is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the property's mineral potential, which is critical for prioritizing future drilling efforts.
Golden Arrow currently hosts a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate of approximately 295,000 ounces of gold and 4.36 million ounces of silver in the measured and indicated categories, with additional inferred resources. More than 61,000 metres of historical drilling has been completed, primarily around the two known deposits. The new exploration program aims to assess the broader property, potentially revealing new mineralized zones that could significantly expand the resource base.
The timing of this program is strategic, as the final technical report is scheduled for late October 2026. By systematically exploring the entire property, Fairchild aims to de-risk future exploration and enhance the project's value. The use of advanced satellite technology and AI-driven analysis represents a modern approach to mineral exploration, offering a cost-effective way to cover large areas and identify high-priority targets.
This development is important for Fairchild Gold as it seeks to leverage its existing resources at Golden Arrow while exploring for new discoveries. The company's portfolio also includes Nevada Titan, a high-impact copper-gold exploration project in the Goodsprings Mining District, and Carlin Queen, which provides additional gold-silver exploration exposure. Fairchild's strategy is to build a significant Nevada-focused platform that combines established resources with opportunities for major new discoveries.
The engagement of TerraEye underscores Fairchild's commitment to thorough exploration and its confidence in Golden Arrow's potential. By expanding the search beyond known deposits, the company aims to unlock the full value of the property. Investors and stakeholders will be watching closely as results from this program become available, as they could have significant implications for the company's future growth and valuation.
