FG Brands introduces the franchise industry's first dual-concept beauty studio, combining Bare&Sol and Facial Collective under one roof, aiming to maximize revenue and operational synergies.

FG Brands, a self-care and wellness platform, has announced the launch of the franchise industry's first dual-concept beauty studio, combining two of its skincare brands, Bare&Sol (formerly LA Bikini) and Facial Collective, under one roof. This innovative co-location model allows franchise owners to offer a comprehensive range of whole-body skincare treatments, from hair removal and airbrush tanning to high-performance facials and injectables, in a single convenient location.
The dual-concept studio is designed to leverage the complementary nature of the two brands, creating significant operational and labor cost synergies while opening up cross-selling opportunities. According to Jan Zalud, CEO of FG Brands, this unique combination is intended to provide clients with an all-inclusive experience and franchise partners with the best possible revenue per square foot.
The first dual-concept studio is set to open in Birmingham, Alabama, on August 21, with over 1,000 members already, projecting more than $1.25 million in revenue in its first year. The 1,950 square-foot studio features 10 treatment rooms, demonstrating the earning potential of a membership-based model that emphasizes recurring revenue.
Bare&Sol specializes in all-natural sugaring hair removal and UV-free airbrush spray tanning, while Facial Collective offers high-performance facial treatments, skincare products, and minimally invasive injectables. Both brands operate on membership models, with rates starting as low as $49 per month, making regular self-care accessible to a broader audience.
The dual-concept studios feature a reimagined design with clean lines, warm textures, and a calming environment, moving away from the clinical feel of traditional beauty clinics. This elevated guest experience aims to attract today's discerning beauty consumers who seek a “boutique fitness for the skin” experience.
FG Brands' move into dual-concept franchising represents a strategic innovation in the beauty industry, potentially setting a new standard for how skincare services are delivered. By combining two brands under one roof, FG Brands is not only enhancing customer convenience but also providing franchisees with a diversified revenue stream that could improve unit-level economics.
