Florida Boy Burger Co. will open four new locations across Florida, expanding its unique Old-Florida themed dining concept and emphasizing local sourcing, conservation, and regional culinary storytelling.

Florida Boy Burger Co., a fast-casual restaurant chain celebrating Florida's culinary heritage, is set to significantly expand its presence by opening four new locations across the state in Orlando, Jacksonville, Naples, and North Port.
The company's expansion strategy goes beyond simple restaurant growth, focusing on creating immersive dining experiences that showcase Florida's cultural and environmental identity. Each new 2,800-square-foot restaurant will feature distinctive elements like reclaimed cypress bars, antique postcards, and educational displays, including a 500-gallon freshwater tank housing live baby alligators in partnership with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
Co-founder Roger Lolly emphasized the brand's commitment to representing Florida's essence through food and atmosphere. The restaurant's menu will continue to highlight locally sourced ingredients, featuring 100 percent chuck-and-brisket patties and unique regional flavors like Key lime aioli and citrus-maple bacon. By Q4 2025, the company plans to exclusively use beef from Panhandle cattle ranchers, further solidifying its local economic impact.
The expansion represents a significant economic investment, with each new location requiring approximately $1.6 million and creating 35 to 40 jobs across various roles. The company is also establishing a centralized training facility in Fort Myers to maintain quality standards during growth.
Beyond its business objectives, Florida Boy Burger Co. maintains a strong environmental commitment through its "Burgers for the Bay" initiative, which supports Everglades restoration efforts and hosts monthly waterway clean-up events. This approach reflects the company's broader mission of celebrating and preserving Florida's natural environment.
While currently focused on Florida, management is exploring potential strategic partnerships that could enable expansion into Southeastern markets by 2026, suggesting significant potential for future growth and brand recognition.
