FORTEC Group Strengthens Management Team with Key International Appointments

FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft, a leading provider of display technology and power supply solutions, is reinforcing its second tier of management with several new appointments across its international subsidiaries. The company announced that these changes are part of its ongoing reorganization and growth strategy, aiming to decentralize decision-making and empower regional teams.

In the Czech Republic, Martin Novak assumed the role of Managing Director of FORTEC CZ on 1 June 2026. He will oversee the existing production facility in Dysina and manage the upcoming move to a new production site, as well as planned expansion. FORTEC CZ specializes in manufacturing electronic assemblies, DC/DC converters, and assembling displays with touchscreens. Novak brings over 20 years of international management experience in logistics, production, and the automotive sector, with expertise in process optimization and change management.

At FORTEC US, Paul Hooper took over as Managing Director and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) on 1 July 2026. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Sales at FORTEC UK, where he successfully reorganized and developed the business. Now, he aims to replicate that success in the US market, focusing on organic growth and expanding the company's market position. Hooper has more than 30 years of experience in the international electronics industry, with extensive expertise in market analysis and sales leadership.

Rhett Evans will succeed Paul Hooper at FORTEC UK starting 8 September 2026. With over 25 years in the electronics industry, Evans brings expertise in embedded computing, display technologies, and customized system solutions. His background includes electronic engineering and extensive sales and management experience.

Patrick von Unold will become Managing Director of FORTEC Integrated on 1 October 2026. This subsidiary is an internationally active provider of display technology and embedded computing, playing a key role in the group's research and development. Von Unold has extensive international management experience and expertise in embedded electronics, display and touch technologies, and human-machine interfaces, having worked in sectors such as medical technology and automation.

These appointments are part of the group's strategy to strengthen regional divisions and give them greater autonomy to respond to market-specific needs while leveraging the strength of an internationally active group.
