Fullerton Health's acquisition of The ENT Clinic strengthens its specialty care capabilities in Singapore's otolaryngology sector, enabling integrated patient care across its regional network of over 4.5 million covered lives.

Fullerton Health has acquired Singapore-based otolaryngology practice The ENT Clinic to deepen its specialty care capabilities in its home market. The acquisition represents a strategic move to strengthen the Group's presence in ENT, which has been identified as a top specialty focus due to high referral volumes and synergy with existing services including diagnostic imaging, executive health screening, primary care, and network management referral.
The ENT Clinic, founded by Dr. Jeeve Kanagalingam in 2015, has grown from a single-doctor practice to a network of five specialists operating across three clinics in Singapore's medical hubs at Camden, Novena and Gleneagles Tanglin. These specialists cover various crucial sub-specialties of ENT and have established a strong reputation for clinical excellence. Following the acquisition, The ENT Clinic will continue operating under its current brand name, ensuring continuity of care and preserving trusted relationships with patients and referring physicians.
Margareta Laminto, Managing Director of Specialist & RadLink and Group Chief Sustainability Officer at Fullerton Health, stated that acquiring a market leader with strong brand perception in Singapore's ENT clinical services expands clinical service capabilities and enables the Group to tap into new opportunities while serving more patients with quality coordinated care. This enhances the ability to deliver seamless, accessible, and trusted care to members, patients and customers across the region.
The acquisition will allow The ENT Clinic to access Fullerton Health's ecosystem of coordinated medical care, enabling seamless multidisciplinary collaboration and enhanced care for the Group's patient base of over 4.5 million covered lives across Southeast Asia. Fullerton Health's Specialist Division will collaborate closely with the ENT specialists to unlock new growth opportunities and deliver integrated ENT care to patients across the extensive regional network. Supported by Fullerton Health's operational expertise and network, the clinic will explore opportunities to expand service offerings, invest in technology, and strengthen clinical service initiatives in ENT care.
Dr. Jeeve Kanagalingam, Founder of The ENT Clinic, noted that joining Fullerton Health marks an exciting new chapter, with strong synergies in partnering with a well-established healthcare organization with deep operational and clinical expertise. Fullerton Health's long-term commitment to building sustainable healthcare platforms aligns closely with the clinic's values, enabling enhanced access to quality ENT care while preserving the high standards and patient-centric ethos the clinic is known for. The acquisition expands Fullerton Health's network of high-quality specialist care, which in Singapore already includes cardiology, orthopaedics, and endocrinology, among other specialties.
Fullerton Health operates across the Asia-Pacific region with close to 550 clinics and a network of over 18,000 providers, supporting the entire care journey from managed care and network management to primary care, diagnostics, specialty, and ancillary services.
