Generation Uranium Inc. has obtained final listing approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange and will begin trading on the CSE on July 24, 2026, while voluntarily delisting from the TSXV.

Generation Uranium Inc. (TSXV: GEN, OTCQB: GENRF, FRA: W85) announced today that it has received final listing approval from the Listing Committee of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”). The company’s common shares will begin trading on the CSE on July 24, 2026, under the symbol “GEN.” The shares will continue to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol “GENRF” and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol “W85.”
This move marks a strategic shift for the company, which is voluntarily delisting from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). The transition to the CSE is expected to provide Generation Uranium with a streamlined listing process and potentially lower costs, while maintaining access to capital markets. The company emphasizes that the CSE listing does not affect its ongoing operations or exploration activities.
Generation Uranium is a Canadian exploration company focused on advancing high-quality uranium assets in premier jurisdictions. Its flagship project, the Yath Project, is located in Nunavut’s Angilak district, one of Canada’s most active and rapidly emerging uranium camps. Historic work on the property has reported surface samples with grades up to 9.8% U3O8 and drill intercepts of 1.0 meter at 0.224% U3O8 from 25.5 meters in drillhole BOG-8-80 (see the original press release on NewMediaWire).
The company is well positioned to make discoveries that could contribute to the future global supply of clean nuclear energy, as it holds a growing portfolio of high-priority targets in a well-understood uranium district. The Yath Project benefits from proximity to known uranium deposits and established infrastructure, reducing exploration risk.
