Heights Wellness Retreat Opens First Location in Porter Ranch, Bringing Holistic Services to Community

Heights Wellness Retreat, a spa and wellness franchise offering both traditional and touchless therapies, will open its first Porter Ranch location on November 14 at 19765 Rinaldi Street, Suite A. The new facility represents the inaugural Heights Wellness Retreat location across the United States and introduces a comprehensive approach to holistic wellness services to the Porter Ranch community. The Porter Ranch location is owned by husband-and-wife team Jacob and Ashley Bustos, who bring more than 40 years of combined franchise experience, primarily in the QSR food sector. This marks the first of three retreats the couple plans to open in the region. Jacob's entrepreneurial background includes management roles at McDonald's and leadership positions in nationally recognized fast-casual brands, while Ashley began her career in hospitality at the House of Blues in San Diego before managing operations, recruitment, and marketing for several food brands.

The Bustos explained that their decision to open a Heights Wellness Retreat stemmed from their personal wellness journey and desire to bring meaningful health services to their community. Ashley Bustos emphasized that their approach focuses on education rather than sales, stating that the location represents an opportunity to educate people on how they can prioritize their health and wellness. The couple recognized the importance of overall well-being and identified a need for comprehensive wellness services in Porter Ranch after experiencing their own health transformations.

To celebrate the new location, Heights Wellness Retreat Porter Ranch will host a grand opening ceremony on November 14 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event will feature live music, tours of the space, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with government officials including LA County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath, LA Councilmember John Lee, Congressman Brad Sherman, and Congressman George Whitesides. Heights Wellness Retreat CEO Shane Evans and COO Russell Hoff will also be in attendance for the official opening.
