HG Insights has released its latest IT Spend Report, projecting that external IT spending will approach $5 trillion by 2025, marking a significant milestone in the B2B market. The report emphasizes the resilience of IT budgets despite global economic volatility, with companies prioritizing investments in technology to navigate challenging market conditions. Key findings include a $1.5 trillion projection in global software spend, with ERP Applications and Security leading the growth, and a $2.1 trillion expectation in IT services, driven by Cloud Services and IT Consulting.
