HR.com Announces 2027 Talent Acquisition Advisory Board to Shape Future Research

HR.com's HR Research Institute has unveiled its 2027 Talent Acquisition Advisory Board, a diverse group of experienced HR and talent acquisition professionals who will guide upcoming research and a related virtual event. The initiative seeks to explore how organizations assess the effectiveness of their talent acquisition functions, the challenges they face, and the strategies, technologies, and metrics they rely on to attract and hire talent.

The research will delve into the impact of modern technology on candidate and recruiter experiences, examining evolving hiring needs, TA priorities, automation, and emerging technologies. By identifying practices linked to stronger outcomes, the findings aim to equip HR leaders with practical insights for future planning.
