High-performing organizations demonstrate markedly different approaches to recognition. These companies are substantially more likely to regularly evaluate and refine their R&R initiatives, with HR professionals showing significantly greater sophistication in program design and measurement.

Emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, are poised to transform R&R strategies. More than half of surveyed organizations plan to leverage advanced analytics and AI to personalize recognition, align organizational values, and track performance trends more effectively.
