International Academy of Trial Lawyers Fellow to Speak at 'Winning Truck Wreck Cases' Seminar

J. Kent Emison, a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a founding partner of Langdon & Emison, is set to present at the 'Winning Truck Wreck Cases' Seminar on August 4, 2025. The seminar, co-chaired by David W. Craig and Scott A. Faultless of Craig, Kelley & Faultless, will take place at the Embassy Suites Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center and is presented by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.

Emison's presentation, titled 'Collision Mitigation Product Liability Claims: Finding Additional Recoveries for Your Clients,' is part of the morning session. With over 30 years of experience as a trial attorney, Emison has been recognized for his dedication to injured individuals and their families, earning accolades such as 'Lawyer of the Year' by Best Lawyers in America and the Thomas G. Strong Trial Attorney Award.
