IVOREE's enterprise-wide deployment with Delaware North's Ember Entertainment unifies six properties across four states on one AI-driven mobile platform, signaling a shift toward cross-jurisdictional patron engagement in gaming and hospitality.

IVOREE has announced an enterprise-wide mobile platform deployment with Delaware North's Ember Entertainment, extending its patron engagement technology and AI-driven capabilities to six properties across four states. The agreement covers Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack and Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in West Virginia, Gate City Casino in New Hampshire, Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack and Hamburg Gaming in New York, and Southland Casino Hotel in Arkansas. The full platform mobile solution is now live across all six participating properties.
The deployment centers on a single platform architecture designed to connect patrons to the Ember Rewards program and carry the guest journey across gaming, hotel, dining, and retail touchpoints, regardless of which Ember Entertainment property a patron visits. The mobile-first solution provides real-time point tracking, personalized offers, campaigns, promotions, and engagement mechanics driven by IVOREE's technology. The platform's player-data layer enables each property to tailor the guest experience at the individual patron level, while giving Ember Entertainment a unified view of engagement activity across all participating venues and states.
Jason Gregorec, President of Delaware North's gaming business, said the company went through a thorough RFP process and found that while other companies were developing one-off custom products, the IVOREE platform focused on patron engagement capabilities and AI reach that were second to none. He noted that the launch was deliberately timed to overlap with the Ember Rewards rebranding to deliver technology and guest experience not previously seen in gaming and hospitality.
The rollout spans four distinct regulatory environments and player markets, each operating on the same connected platform foundation. Vaughn Place, Head of Product Strategy at IVOREE, said the challenge involved four states, different environment nuances, and four distinct player bases, all requiring one platform that had to work flawlessly. He added that the mobile experience plugs directly into Ember Rewards and puts the whole guest journey in a patron's pocket.
Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE, said the platform gives operators one singular platform with infinite reach, providing the Delaware North team the ability to deliver an incredible hospitality journey to guests and stand out from other regional operators. He noted that the collaboration between the two teams is evident in what is now live and that guests across different states will experience unique journeys planned by the Ember Entertainment team.
The significance of this deployment lies in its demonstration that a single, AI-driven mobile platform can operate across multiple regulatory jurisdictions and distinct player markets without fragmentation. For an industry historically reliant on property-specific systems, the ability to maintain a unified patron view across state lines could reshape how regional operators compete for loyalty and share of wallet. IVOREE's platform, which serves Historical Horse Racing operators, route markets, sovereign nation tribes, and commercial gaming locations across more than a dozen states in the US and Canada, now provides Ember Entertainment with a scalable foundation for cross-property engagement. This matters because it lowers the technical barriers for multi-state operators seeking to deliver consistent, personalized experiences while respecting local regulations, potentially accelerating consolidation of patron data strategies and raising expectations for mobile-first loyalty in gaming and hospitality.
