The Supervisory Board of KAP AG appointed Ralph Rumberg to the Company's Management Board as Chief Transformation Officer for a twelve-month term. The Management Board now comprises four members, including Marten Julius as Spokesman, Thorsten Diel, and Stefan Deller.
