These disclosures, known as Forms LM-20, are required when employers hire consultants to influence employees' union rights. The filings for the week of July 21, 2025, included several notable cases. The Tustin Group in Fairfield, NJ, engaged Cummings Group, LLC, while American Rock Products in Yakima, WA, hired Labor Consulting Group LLC at $395 per hour, involving workers organizing with IBT 760. Alro Steel Corporation in Jackson, MI, retained Labor Management Associates, LLC at $325 per hour, related to IBT 118 organizing efforts. Notably, some filings were made after NLRB election tallies, violating the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act.
