(OTC: LMED) announced on July 28, 2026, that its Venezuelan subsidiary has entered into separate agreements with Colegio Claret and Colegio Roraima in Caracas to develop and implement school-based digital healthcare initiatives. The partnerships aim to provide students, parents, guardians, and school personnel access to online medical appointment scheduling and telemedicine consultations through LataMed AI's platform.

Under the agreements, the parties will collaborate on an implementation framework covering operational, technical, privacy, consent, and safeguarding procedures. The initiatives will focus on connecting families with qualified healthcare providers via digital communications and healthcare information services. LataMed AI will work with each school to define the program's scope, enrollment procedures, available services, and necessary training for administrators and families.
