Lincoln Property Company and Harvard Investments have completed the first phase of Goodyear AirPark, a significant industrial development in Phoenix, addressing the growing demand for industrial space and contributing to the area's economic growth.

Lincoln Property Company and Harvard Investments have announced the completion of Goodyear AirPark Phase I, a 1.6 million-square-foot industrial project in Phoenix. This development is part of the larger Goodyear AirPark master plan, which aims to provide up to 7 million square feet of industrial space across 20 buildings. The project is strategically located to serve the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport area and is designed to meet the needs of mid- to large-scale industrial users, featuring modern facilities with up to 40' clear heights and extensive parking.
In addition to the industrial development, the partners have begun work on Estrella Gateway, the retail component of Goodyear AirPark. This 63-acre retail space will include up to 15 pads for full-service retail tenants, starting with a Quick Trip Travel Center. The retail development is expected to serve the nearly 440,000 residents within a 10-mile radius, enhancing the live-work-play environment in Goodyear.
The Goodyear AirPark project is positioned to capitalize on the area's growth, with its proximity to major highways and the future Tres Rios Freeway/State Route 30. This development not only adds critical industrial inventory to one of Phoenix's fastest-growing submarkets but also supports a variety of uses, including logistics, manufacturing, and data centers, further solidifying Phoenix's position as a leader in these sectors.
