DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced the full entitlement and pre-leasing of the Apple Valley AV One Million Distribution Center in Apple Valley, California, a state-of-the-art industrial facility representing the first phase of a 550-acre master-planned project by Uncommon Developers.
