Medios AG has named Katrin Neuffer as Director of Investor Relations and Communications, a move that underscores the company's commitment to strengthening capital markets dialogue during a pivotal year.

Medios AG, a leading provider of specialty pharmaceuticals in Europe, has announced the appointment of Katrin Neuffer as Director of Investor Relations & Communications, effective immediately. Neuffer, who brings around two decades of experience in capital markets communications, will oversee all communications with investors, analysts, the media, and the public, succeeding Claudia Nickolaus.
Neuffer holds a degree in business administration and began her career at an investor relations agency. From 2007 to 2018, she served as Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at SDAX-listed Wacker Neuson SE, guiding the company through its IPO and establishing it as a consistently attractive investment. She also led the company's Strategy and Sustainability departments. Subsequently, she joined the Exyte Group (formerly M+W Group) as Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications and Marketing, where she managed a 20-member international team and was responsible for preparing an IPO targeted at a market capitalization exceeding EUR 2 billion. Since 2020, Neuffer has been an independent consultant, advising publicly listed companies on investor relations, IPO preparation, and crisis and restructuring communications.
The appointment comes at a crucial time for Medios as it seeks to reposition itself in the capital markets. Thomas Meier, CEO of Medios AG, commented: “With Katrin Neuffer, we are gaining a proven capital markets expert who has guided publicly listed companies through decisive phases of development, from IPOs to strategic repositioning. Her experience will help us reposition Medios in the capital markets and intensify our dialogue with investors, analysts, and the media.”
Neuffer replaces Claudia Nickolaus, who played a key role in building Medios' investor relations activities, from financial reporting and ESG communications to the company's first Capital Markets Day in 2022. Nickolaus, who previously held senior IR positions at Merck KGaA, is handing over leadership of the department. Meier expressed gratitude: “On behalf of the Company, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Claudia Nickolaus: Over many years, she shaped Medios’ capital markets communications with tremendous dedication, a high level of professionalism, and personal reliability. She deserves our sincere gratitude for this.”
Medios has several important events lined up for the 2026 financial year, including the Half-Year Financial Report on August 12, participation in the Berenberg and Goldman Sachs 15th German Corporate Conference in Munich from September 21-23, the Medios Capital Markets Day on September 28/29, and the Quarterly Statement as of September 30 on November 10. These events will be key platforms for Neuffer to demonstrate her expertise and for the company to communicate its strategy to the financial community.
