CLEVELAND, OH — Mishkind Kulwicki Law Co., LPA, a personal injury law firm, has announced the creation of the Helping Victims Scholarship, a $1,000 award aimed at students from any academic field who demonstrate a dedication to assisting individuals harmed by negligence, recklessness, or malicious actions. In personal injury law, a victim is defined as someone who has suffered physical or psychological harm due to another person or entity's wrongful conduct. Attorney Howard D.
