More Canvas Consulting Founder Pilar Castro Di Carlo Named 2026 NJBIZ Leading Women in Business Honoree

Pilar Castro Di Carlo, founder and CEO of More Canvas Consulting (MCC), has been named a 2026 NJBIZ Leading Women in Business honoree. The award was presented at a ceremony held on August 18, 2026, at The Palace in Somerset Park, Somerset, N.J. This recognition highlights Castro Di Carlo's significant contributions to the business community and her role in building a consultancy that now serves a diverse range of clients across the Northeast.

Castro Di Carlo founded More Canvas in 2014 with a mission to provide practical support to innovators, particularly those in the creative sector. The initial focus was on helping artists and arts organizations manage administrative and communications tasks, allowing them to concentrate on their creative work. Over the past twelve years, the firm has expanded considerably, now operating across three practice areas: Consulting, Creative, and Coaching.
