The agreement, announced by Nanox's subsidiary Nanox AI Ltd., grants Vertec an exclusive license to market and resell HealthOST in the UK for an initial three-year term, subject to minimum annual license commitments.

HealthOST is an FDA-cleared and UKCA/CE-marked AI software solution that analyzes routine CT scans to support clinicians in evaluating and assessing musculoskeletal diseases of the spine, including osteoporosis. This technology is designed to opportunistically detect vertebral fragility fractures, which are often underdiagnosed and can lead to severe complications if left untreated. The solution's clinical utility has been recognized by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), which in November 2025 recommended HealthOST and its predecessor, HealthVCF, among five AI technologies for use in the National Health Service (NHS) to aid in the opportunistic detection of vertebral fragility fractures.
