Naoo Group Reports Tenfold Revenue Growth Following Kingfluencers Acquisition

The naoo Group reported substantial growth and strategic advancement during the first half of 2025, driven primarily by the acquisition of Kingfluencers. Consolidated group revenue increased dramatically to CHF 4.3 million compared to CHF 0.42 million in the same period last year, representing a tenfold improvement. Gross profit also saw significant growth, reaching CHF 1.62 million with an improved gross margin of 38%, more than double the 16% margin achieved in H1 2024.

Despite the revenue surge, EBITDA stood at negative CHF 1.61 million, reflecting approximately CHF 0.9 million in extraordinary expenses related to growth initiatives and the integration of Kingfluencers. Net income for the period was negative CHF 1.95 million. The strategic acquisition of Kingfluencers, Switzerland's leading influencer agency with more than 3,800 creators and over 300 clients, provided the naoo Group with expanded reach, an enhanced customer network, and stable, profitable agency revenues. This combination of agency expertise and platform technology has strengthened the company's market position significantly.

In June 2025, the naoo Group launched Gaia, a central data lakehouse serving as the foundation for artificial intelligence applications including naooSense 2 and a new semantic search engine. The integration with Kingfluencers has already yielded positive results through joint initiatives such as the launch of naoo Mirror+, onboarding of creators with over 3 million followers, and the inaugural KING Awards honoring creativity and authenticity in social media. The company has also strengthened its commercial capabilities with the addition of key executives including Gregor Doser, who spent 13 years at Google Switzerland and was instrumental in building YouTube Switzerland, and Philip Hofmann, who brings over 15 years of sales and media experience.

Looking forward, naoo Group maintains a positive outlook for full-year 2025 and beyond, expecting to continue its dynamic growth trajectory with significant increases in both revenues and operational performance.
