New D1 Training Studio Opens in Midway Hollow, Offering Athletic-Based Fitness Programs

The opening of a new D1 Training studio in Midway Hollow by Kendrick and Aron Leckband marks a significant addition to the local fitness landscape, offering athletic-based training programs for individuals of all ages. The studio, located at 10031 Marsh Ln #320, is set to open on August 9, bringing a sports-science backed regimen to the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and Midway Hollow areas. This initiative addresses the growing demand for expert-level training tailored to young athletes, a need the Leckbands, parents of four active children, understand deeply.

D1 Training's methodology is rooted in five core tenets: dynamic warm-up, performance, strength program, core and conditioning, and cool down. The facility will offer programs segmented by age groups, including Rookie (ages 7-11), Developmental (ages 12-14), Prep (ages 15-18), and D1 Adult, alongside group, semi-private, and one-on-one training sessions. The Leckbands' personal athletic backgrounds and their children's involvement in sports inspired them to bring D1 Training to their community, aiming to foster strength, confidence, and skill development among young athletes.

The new studio is part of D1 Training's strategic expansion, with over 100 performance centers nationwide and more in development.
