Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. has started a diamond drill program in Carnegie Township near Timmins, Ontario, following up on previous exploration that indicated potential missed conductors, with implications for discovering new mineralization similar to the Kidd Creek Mine.

Noble Mineral Exploration Commences Diamond Drill Program in Timmins Area

Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. announced that drilling has commenced on a 500-meter hole in Carnegie Township near Timmins, Ontario, Canada. The drill program is part of a 50/50 partnership with 11530313 Canada Inc. and will include two 500-meter holes located to follow up on drilling done in 2019. Recent analysis of downhole geophysics from that program indicated that conductors may have been missed, and additional down hole geophysics will be done on the new holes.

An additional 1000 meters comprising two holes have been scheduled for Southwest Carnegie Township in early 2026, after freeze-up, due to swampy conditions at the proposed drill site. The program is being carried out on lands recently transferred to Canada Nickel but on which Noble retains a 5-year Exploration Right for volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization and precious metals. Vance White, President and CEO of Noble, stated that the company is pleased to get this program started with partner support, continuing the search for mineralization similar to the Kidd Creek Mine.

The technical content of the release was reviewed and approved by Wayne Holmstead, P.Geo., an independent Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. This drilling initiative matters because it represents a targeted effort to uncover potentially significant mineral deposits in a historically productive mining region. The Timmins area has long been recognized for its mineral wealth, and this program specifically aims to investigate areas where previous exploration might have overlooked valuable conductors.

The implications of this announcement extend beyond immediate exploration activities. Successful results could validate the company's geological interpretations and potentially lead to the discovery of new mineral resources. For investors and the mining industry, this program demonstrates ongoing exploration activity in established mining districts using advanced techniques to re-examine previously explored areas. The partnership structure also shows collaborative approaches to exploration risk-sharing.

The program's timing is strategically planned, with additional drilling scheduled after freeze-up to address challenging terrain conditions. This announcement is important because it highlights continued investment in mineral exploration in Northern Ontario, an area crucial to Canada's mining sector. The focus on volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization is particularly significant as these deposits can host valuable metals including copper, zinc, gold, and silver.
