North Atlantic Titanium Corp. Provides Permitting Update for Everett Project Drilling Program

North Atlantic Titanium Corp. (CSE: NATO) (OTCQB: NATQ.F) (FSE: Y33) provided additional information on its application for drilling permits at the Everett Titanium-Vanadium-Phosphate project near Havre-Saint-Pierre, Quebec, following an earlier news release on July 14, 2026. The company is awaiting a Permit for Forestry Activities (PAF) and a Permit for Work with Impact (ATI) to commence a three-year, 25,000-meter diamond drilling program focused on the northern portion of the Everett oxide body.
Mineralogical characterization conducted by Corem on a composite metallurgical sample from 57 sites across the oxide body revealed that approximately 99% of oxide minerals consist of high-quality hemo-ilmenite with very low magnesium, manganese, and aluminum impurities. The sample graded 37.0% Fe2O3, 17.4% TiO2, 0.18% V2O5, and 2.27% P2O5. These results confirm that the Everett deposit is not a direct analogue of the nearby Lac Tio mine, but rather a polymetallic opportunity with potential for titanium, vanadium, phosphate, and scandium credits.
The Everett property, held under option from Romaine River Titanium Inc., spans 2,406 hectares within the Lac Allard Anorthosite intrusion. The drilling plan targets the northern area of the exposed Everett Oxide Body, which represents about 50% of its tested surface strike length. The program is divided into two stages: Stage 1 comprises 6,000 meters of widely spaced drilling to delineate the oxide body limits and collect samples, while Stage 2 involves 19,000 meters of infill drilling to define a Mineral Resource Estimate. Stage 1 is expected to commence upon acceptance of the ATI application, with Stage 2 likely beginning in late winter 2026-27.
The Corem analysis determined that over 99% of oxides in the composite sample are hemo-ilmenite (FeTiO3), with a mean MgO content of 0.38%, significantly lower than the 1.6-3.2 wt.% MgO found in Lac Tio hemo-ilmenite. This low magnesium content, combined with the presence of apatite (phosphorus) and vanadium, positions Everett as a broader Fe-Ti-V-P critical-minerals opportunity. The company believes this aligns with efforts to secure domestic critical minerals processing supply chains in Canada, supporting defense readiness and reshoring Western titanium metal production.

The project is part of the Elements08 program, a collaboration between Romaine River, CTRI, Impact Global Solutions, and Corem, funded by the Government of Quebec. The company continues surface exploration and metallurgical sampling while awaiting drill permits.
