Ocean Thermal Energy Corporation (OTE Corp) has secured a $3.5 million contract with Johnson Controls to design and assess an innovative Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) system for the U.S. Army Garrison - Kwajalein Atoll, potentially revolutionizing energy solutions for remote military installations.
