Office Evolution Westlake Village has officially relocated to a newly designed 10,000-square-foot workspace, marking a significant expansion under co-owners Tom Warekois and Ashlynne Balikian. The move responds to sustained demand from local entrepreneurs, small businesses, enterprises, and remote professionals, representing a strategic evolution for the business that has served the community for over a decade. Warekois originally opened Office Evolution Westlake Village in 2015 as the franchise system's 24th location, while Balikian joined in 2021 as Director of Operations and has played a central role in the center's operational growth and long-term strategy.

The expansion nearly doubles the center's capacity with 39 fully furnished private offices, two meeting rooms, day offices available by the hour or day, coworking space, and virtual office services. Thirty-one of the private offices were leased prior to opening, demonstrating the strong market demand that prompted the relocation from the previous 7,100-square-foot location that maintained a consistent waiting list. The thoughtfully designed coworking and lounge areas provide space for members to work, connect with other professionals, take breaks, or host events with clients and guests. The building also offers access to a private outdoor courtyard and complimentary parking, enhancing the overall member experience.

Balikian led the design and layout of the new space, overseeing the transformation from initial floor plan through construction, including reconfiguring walls and reimagining the interior to create a modern, hospitality-forward environment aligned with the needs of today's professionals.
