Operation Bangladesh Completes Initial Allocation, Activates 10-Million Reserve for Global Expansion

Operation Bangladesh, founded by Morad Shaker, has announced the completion of its original five-million-position allocation, marking a pivotal transition from its initial Bangladesh-focused framework to a broader international humanitarian effort under the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem. Of the original 5,000,000 positions, 4,996,048 have been allocated, leaving only 3,952 which will be locked as a security reserve for reconciliation, administrative corrections, or unforeseen requirements. This milestone follows the initiative's July 7, 2026 global expansion announcement, when approximately 4.2 million allocation units had been structured internationally.

Originally designed as a confidential 2025 pilot to provide access to approximately five million underprivileged people in Bangladesh, the initiative's strategy was to develop and test the model in Bangladesh, then expand into Africa and eventually return to Asia and other regions. According to Shaker, the initiative is approximately one year behind its original schedule due to circumstances and significant operational challenges encountered during the Bangladesh phase. These challenges led him to open the allocation internationally to populations where future cooperation and implementation could be explored. Some allocations followed citizen petitions from beneficiary countries; others originated from citizens elsewhere advocating for those populations. Additional allocations were initiated by Shaker following his review of economic and humanitarian conditions.

The final five-million allocation breakdown includes Thailand (2,435,000), India (600,000), Sri Lanka (500,000), Philippines (400,000), Vietnam (100,000), Tajikistan (100,000), Puerto Rico (100,000), Zambia (100,000), Tanzania (100,000), Lebanon (100,000), South Africa (100,000), Cambodia (100,000), Fiji (50,000), United States (50,000), Zimbabwe (50,000), Maldives (25,000), Eswatini (25,000), Lesotho (25,000), Bahamas (25,000), Tonga (10,000), and Bangladesh (1,048). The total allocated is 4,996,048, with a security reserve of 3,952, out of the original capacity of 5,000,000. These figures represent planned participation allocations, not completed distributions of money or benefits.

Shaker had also preserved a separate 10-million-position reserve for potential future expansion connected with Bangladesh. Following the conclusion of the Bangladesh-centered program, that reserve is now being activated for broader humanitarian priorities under Operation Bangladesh and the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem. The reserve includes 4,000,000 positions allocated to Phoenix Passage, another global humanitarian movement designed by Morad Shaker and developed as part of Operation Bangladesh, with a mission focused on mobilizing a new generation toward humanitarian service and protection of future generations. Phoenix Passage is scheduled for its planned launch on January 1, 2027. Additional allocations include 3,000,000 for Myanmar nationals, refugees and immigrants in Thailand; 1,000,000 in support of the people of Ukraine; and 50,000 toward the people of Afghanistan following a citizen petition submitted from New Zealand. A further 250,000 positions have been designated for the Shaker Global Animal Protection Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization headquartered in Wyoming and part of the Shaker family of nonprofit organizations. The allocation is intended to support the Foundation's planned animal-protection work, including development of an initial pilot connected with Thailand. The total allocated from the 10-million reserve is 8,300,000, leaving a remaining reserve of 1,700,000.

The next phase will involve approaching relevant countries, institutions and appropriate authorities to explore cooperation necessary to move selected allocations toward implementation. Participation will depend on applicable laws, operational feasibility, resources and voluntary cooperation. Shaker stated, "Operation Bangladesh is approximately one year behind our original plan because of the circumstances and challenges we encountered in Bangladesh. Those challenges changed our path, but not our mission. Nearly five million positions are now allocated, and the original 10-million reserve is now supporting the next generation of our humanitarian initiatives."
