The American Heart Association has awarded 158 hospitals across the United States with the Commitment to Quality award, recognizing their excellence in providing comprehensive cardiovascular care. These hospitals have demonstrated exceptional performance in three or more clinical areas within the Get With The Guidelines® program, a quality improvement initiative that ensures patient care is timely, consistent, and based on the latest research. The program covers a range of conditions, including stroke, heart failure, heart attacks, and atrial fibrillation, with award levels from bronze to gold plus status reflecting the duration and quality of care provided.
