Paluxy Music Fest to Offer Three Days of Free Live Music in Glen Rose Over Memorial Day Weekend

Music enthusiasts from across North Texas are invited to Glen Rose for the annual Paluxy Music Fest, a three-day event featuring free live performances at various venues throughout the city. The festival runs Friday, May 22 through Sunday, May 24, over Memorial Day weekend, and showcases a wide range of genres including country, Americana, jazz, blues, gospel, and acoustic music.

Performances will take place at locations such as the Historic Square, Snyder's Tavern Lawn Stage, Texas Amphitheater, Sexton Feed Mill, Glen Rose Brewing Company, and H&H Supply Company. The lineup includes acts like Hard Nights Day, Le Freak, Trinity River Ramblers, Caleb Sam Brown, Jesse Jennings, Jamie Richards, and Kevin Fowler. Sunday will shift to a jazz and blues atmosphere, with performances from the University of North Texas School of Music, Ben B & Anthony S, and others.

In addition to music, the festival will feature vendor booths on the Historic Downtown Square on Saturday and Sunday, offering shopping, local businesses, artisan goods, and community organizations. All concerts are free to attend, with free parking available throughout downtown Glen Rose. Parking at the Texas Amphitheater costs $10 during concerts, and shuttle transportation will be provided to help attendees travel between venues.
