PAR LED Lights Introduces 45-in-1 PAR38 LED Retrofit Lamp for Commercial Lighting

PAR LED Lights has expanded its commercial LED retrofit portfolio with the HyLite LED Lotus Lamp LS-1830, a PAR38 LED lamp that packs 45 possible lighting configurations into a single product. The announcement, made on September 10, 2026, signals a shift toward greater flexibility and inventory efficiency in the commercial lighting market.

Unlike traditional PAR38 lamps that require selecting a specific wattage, color temperature, and beam pattern before installation, the LS-1830 allows users to choose from three wattage settings (18W, 25W, and 30W), five color temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K), and three beam angles (25°, 40°, and 60°). This means one lamp can deliver light output ranging from 1,980 to 3,300 lumens and adapt to applications as varied as tight accent lighting in retail stores and broad ambient illumination in offices or restaurants.

The lamp's high color rendering index (CRI) above 90 makes it suitable for art galleries, museums, and showrooms where accurate color appearance is critical. With a standard E26 medium screw base and a diameter of approximately 4.75 inches, the LS-1830 is designed to fit existing PAR38 fixtures, operating on 100–277VAC universal input voltage. It can be used in track lighting, recessed downlights, and enclosed fixtures, provided thermal-management requirements are met.

For lighting professionals and facility managers, the LS-1830's configurability addresses a persistent challenge: inventory management. Instead of stocking multiple lamps for different wattages, color temperatures, and beam spreads, a single SKU can be adjusted on-site. This reduces the risk of ordering errors and simplifies maintenance, particularly in large buildings with diverse lighting needs.

Energy efficiency is another key benefit. At up to 110 lumens per watt, the LS-1830 is positioned as a replacement for 180W–300W halogen lamps, with stated energy savings of up to 90% in qualifying applications. Its rated life of 50,000 to 60,000 hours can significantly reduce relamping frequency in hard-to-reach recessed fixtures and high ceilings, lowering labor costs. The lamp also includes IP54 protection, 4kV surge protection, intelligent temperature control, and a proprietary heat-sink design, and it is 98% recyclable with no lead or mercury.
