PPR Acquires Evergreen Roofing, Adding 60 Oregon Employees

Pressure Point Roofing (PPR), a Pacific Northwest roofing company backed by Tambr Partners, has acquired Evergreen Roofing of Oregon, adding approximately 60 employees to its platform. The acquisition, announced June 11, 2026, brings together two long-established roofing companies with complementary service offerings and a shared commitment to quality and local communities.

Based in Eugene, Evergreen Roofing has served Oregon with commercial and residential roofing solutions since 1989, including re-roofing, repair, and maintenance. Founded by Eugene native Curtis Large, the company has grown into one of the largest full-scale roofing contractors in Oregon, building a reputation grounded in quality craftsmanship, integrity, and dependable service. Under the terms of the deal, Evergreen will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the expanding PPR platform.

"When I reconnected with Matt, he had just completed his partnership with Tambr, and his message about their approach to keeping our businesses in the hands of local operators really resonated with me," said Curtis Large, founder of Evergreen. "As I transition Evergreen to Matt and his team, I am grateful to all the employees, general contractors and facilities managers that I've had the privilege of working alongside. I plan to remain active in the Eugene business community and continue to serve and support Evergreen."

The combination positions PPR and Evergreen as a comprehensive roofing provider across Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California. PPR, founded in 1989, serves customers throughout these regions including healthcare facilities, schools, manufacturing centers, and hospitality properties with nearly 50 dedicated employees. The addition of Evergreen's 60 employees and its established presence in the Eugene market significantly expands PPR's service capacity and geographic reach.

"Having known Evergreen Roofing for nearly 20 years, I have long respected the outstanding company Curtis has built and led," said Matt Stone, President & CEO of PPR. "Bringing together the teams at PPR and Evergreen Roofing is an exciting opportunity to better serve our commercial, residential, repair and maintenance customers with even greater strength, efficiency, and reach. This partnership is a meaningful win for our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve."

The acquisition reflects Tambr Partners' focus on partnering with founder-led businesses that demonstrate durability, shared values, and a strong internal culture. Kevin Livingston, Co-Founder and CIO of Tambr and Executive Chairman of Pressure Point Roofing, noted the alignment between the two companies. "Like Matt, Curtis has dedicated himself to the roofing trade. He built Evergreen on the shoulders of dedicated employees and a commitment to serving the community. Evergreen and PPR are truly cut from the same cloth, and merging these two leaders of their respective territories is such a rare opportunity."

Evergreen Roofing has been a recognized presence in commercial and residential roofing across the greater Eugene market since 1989, serving customers throughout Oregon across commercial, industrial, residential, and municipal properties with roofing installations, repairs, inspections, and maintenance. PPR, also established in 1989, provides commercial and residential re-roofing, repair, and maintenance solutions to customers in Oregon, Northern California, and Southwest Washington. The combined entity is well-positioned to serve a broader customer base while maintaining local operational focus.
