PPR Acquires Evergreen Roofing, Adding 60 Oregon Employees

Pressure Point Roofing (PPR), a Pacific Northwest roofing company backed by Tambr Partners, has acquired Evergreen Roofing of Oregon, adding approximately 60 employees to its platform. The acquisition, announced June 11, 2026, brings together two long-established roofing companies with complementary service offerings and a shared commitment to quality and local communities.

Based in Eugene, Evergreen Roofing has served Oregon with commercial and residential roofing solutions since 1989, including re-roofing, repair, and maintenance. Founded by Eugene native Curtis Large, the company has grown into one of the largest full-scale roofing contractors in Oregon, building a reputation grounded in quality craftsmanship, integrity, and dependable service. Under the terms of the deal, Evergreen will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the expanding PPR platform.
