q.beyond AG introduces AI Act as a Service, enabling companies to assess and document their AI systems' compliance with the EU AI Act, reducing regulatory risks and accelerating AI deployment.

q.beyond AG has launched a new offering called "AI Act as a Service" to help companies evaluate their AI systems and obtain an auditable risk assessment under the EU AI Act. The service, which can be booked online, provides risk classification and documentation for AI applications, supporting compliance with the world's first legal framework for artificial intelligence.
The EU AI Act, already in force, imposes binding requirements on companies using AI, with key deadlines in August 2026 for general requirements and December 2027 for high-risk systems. The regulation aims to minimize risks to security, health, and basic rights while fostering innovation. The requirements depend on the potential risk of each AI application, not the size of the company.
q.beyond's AI Act as a Service addresses this by giving companies an overview of regulatory risks for their existing or planned AI systems, which often include dozens of large language models and agents. The service offers a free trial version and monthly subscriptions for one or multiple accounts, with no prior integration needed.
"Companies can start directly with AI Act as a Service and promptly obtain an auditable risk assessment," said Dr. Daniel Taradzic, Chief AI Officer at q.beyond AG. "This way, we are enabling companies to maximize their productivity gains from AI and automation while simultaneously minimizing their regulatory risks." The service targets corporate decision-makers such as CIOs, compliance managers, and CISOs.
During its trial phase, AI Act as a Service attracted numerous customers and is already in productive use. Ingo List, Managing Director of Antares Project GmbH, noted: "We were confronted with the same challenge that many companies face at the moment: We had several thousand active AI users but no assessment of the EU AI Act requirements. Thanks to AI Act as a Service, we no longer have this problem."
q.beyond also advises companies on secure, data protection-compliant AI deployment and offers a "Private Enterprise AI" platform for processing sensitive information. The company develops AI agents for sectors including retail, manufacturing, logistics, banking, insurance, healthcare, energy, and the public sector, operating these as managed services.
