Rashmi's Bakery Introduces Three New Summer Flavours in the GTA

Rashmi's Bakery, a family-run egg-free and nut-free bakery in the Greater Toronto Area, has unveiled three limited-edition summer flavours: Coconut Truffle, Tiramisu Bliss, and Berry Biscoff. Available at its Brampton and Mississauga locations and online, the new offerings include same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA.

The summer collection reflects the bakery's dedication to inclusive desserts since its founding in 2007. All cakes are 100 percent egg-free and nut-free, a commitment that founder Rashmi Chugh emphasizes is not a compromise but a cornerstone of the brand. "I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake," Chugh said. "Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one."

The new flavours showcase creative combinations. Coconut Truffle layers moist chocolate sponge with silky ganache and a coconut cream centre. Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian classic with vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff pairs the caramelized flavour of Biscoff cookies with strawberry, featuring vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream, and homemade strawberry compote, finished with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs. For those seeking a lighter option, each flavour is also available as individual dessert cups.

Rashmi's Bakery has grown from its first Brampton location to serve customers throughout the GTA, maintaining its egg-free and nut-free approach across its entire cake menu. The recipes are developed from scratch using high-quality ingredients such as Belgian chocolate, coffee, and fruit.

Beyond the seasonal collection, the bakery specializes in custom celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other occasions. Customers can bring in a photo, screenshot, colour reference, or an idea, and the team will create a custom cake. The bakery offers quick turnaround on custom orders, along with same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA on eligible products.
